Work Description
WP1: Diode laser crystallized multi-crystalline seed layer on glass (including Si-N barrier layer)

WP3: Stress analysis of multi-crystalline thin silicon by Raman spectroscopy: Development of technique
WP4: Stress analysis of multi-crystalline thin silicon by EBSD: Development of the technique
WP5: Development of a high-power diode laser array with line focus including optics
WP6: Numerical simulation of crystallization processes
WP7: Outline a system integration of laser processing and stress analysis in the process line of CSG
WP8: Mechanical testing of the thin layer/glass structures
